Power Recruitment Process to Qatar from Nepal

1.      Firstly, the recruiting company has to fill the draft demand letter as required, duly sign and stamp it and get it endorsed by the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and attested by the Embassy of Nepal, Doha, Qatar.

2.      Secondly, once the attestation is completed, the Embassy will upload the demand letter in the Foreign Employment Information Management system and we can download and submit it to the Department of Labor in Nepal along with other necessary documents to obtain Pre-Approval to send the required candidates as per the demand letter. This usually takes two to three days.

3.      Thirdly, once we receive the pre-approval from the department, we shall publish the vacancy in the national daily as required in order to source suitable candidates for an interview. As per the rule of Nepal, Interview shall only be done after seven days from the date of publishing such vacancy.

4.      Further, once the recruiting company selects the candidates, we furnish their details to the Department of Foreign Employment (Immigration) as required and candidates will be sent for the medical examination. We then share candidates' profiles along with their medical reports to the company in order for the company to process their visa application.

5.      Subsequently, the client company can apply for visas for the selected candidates and provide us with their Visa Reference Number.

6.      Moreover, once the company applies for a visa and provides us with the Visa Reference Number (VRN) for the selected candidates, we then book a QVC appointment at the earliest possible date for the subject candidates for their Biometrics and medical examination. Once QVC is completed and the medical report is submitted to the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar and Visa status changes to ‘Ready to Print’, the company will have to pay visa fee and get the visa printed.

7.      Once the visa gets printed, we will download it from the Ministry of Interior, Qatar’s website, send candidates to take orientation class regarding their job and country where they will be working and proceed for the final labor approval in Nepal.

8.      Finally, once final labor approval is obtained, we request the company to arrange their air tickets and hotel quarantine if applicable accordingly. Selected candidates will be deployed by the scheduled flight within fifteen days from the date the visa gets printed.

Man Power Deployment Process to Bahrain from Nepal

1. Firstly, we receive the man power requirement inquiry and job description for the required positions from the client company.

1.1 Once we confirm the availability of the required man power and provide the draft demand letter to the subject client company, the recruiting company has to fill the draft demand letter as required, duly sign and stamp it and get it endorsed by the Bahrain Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bahrain and attested by the Embassy of Nepal, Bahrain.

2, Secondly, once the attestation is completed, the Embassy will upload the demand letter in the Foreign Employment Information Management system. We then apply to the Department of Labor in Nepal to obtain a Pre-approval permission to send the required candidates as per the demand letter. This usually takes two to three days.

3. Thirdly, once we receive the pre-approval from the department, we shall publish the vacancy in the national daily as required in order to source suitable candidates for an interview. 4. 5. The client company will obtain work visa for the selected candidates from the concerned authority in Bahrain once we confirm from our side.

6. Finally, we will request the company to issue air tickets for the selected candidates once we obtain final approval from the Department of Labour. It usually takes about a week to deploy candidates after the issuance of a visa.

Man Power Recruitment Process to Saudi Arabia from Nepal

The Visa Processing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is different from other Middle East countries. The stepwise process for the recruitment in Saudi Arabia is as follows.

1. Firstly, we receive the man power requirement inquiry and job description for the required positions from the recruiting company.

1.1. Then we provide the draft demand letter to the subject recruiting company, the recruiting company has to fill the draft demand letter as required, duly sign and stamp it and get it endorsed by either the Riyadh or Jeddah Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi Arabia and attested by the Embassy of Nepal or Consulate General of Nepal in Saudi Arabia.

1.2. The recruiting company then has to provide us the electronic-Wakala (E-Wakala) for the subject requirement.

2. Secondly, once the attestation is completed, the Embassy will upload the demand letter in the Foreign Employment Information Management system (FEIMS) and using our FEIMS ID, we apply to the Department of Labor in Nepal along with other necessary documents to obtain Pre-Approval permission to send the required candidates as per the demand letter. This usually takes two to three days.

3. Thirdly, once we receive the pre-approval from the department, we shall publish the vacancy in the national daily as required in order to source suitable candidates for an interview. As per the rule of Nepal, Interview shall only be done after seven days from the date of publishing such vacancy.

4. Subsequently, suitable candidates are selected by the recruiting company itself or we select them on behalf of the company following standardized selection procedure and furnish the details of the selected candidates to the company and the Department of Foreign Employment (Immigration) as required.

5. Then we acquire the MOFA number of each candidate from the website of the Saudi Government (T.G.L. Nepal Pvt Ltd.  has been authorized and provided with the username and the password to log on to the authorized Visa Application link: www.enjazit.com.sa).

6. After the MOFA is acquired, candidates undergo Medical a process at GAMCA Nepal & its accredited medical centers (Permitted/authorized by GCC Nations as well as Nepal Government). It takes about 3 working days to get medical reports.

7. Once the selected candidates are declared medically fit. We then submit the Medical Fitness Reports, Original Passports, E-Wakala & other related documents to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Nepal for their visa endorsement. It usually takes 4-7 days to get the visa approval.

8. Finally, when a visa is obtained, we request a recruiting company to issue air tickets and deploy the candidates as per the client request.
